Group W Luminous Objects

what is a luminous object?

A luminous object is an object that gives off light. It has its own source of energy to glow.
Some examples of a luminous object is a burning candle, a light bulb, the sun and some other stars.
Luminous objects are responsible for our vision. In complete darkness we would not be able to see any
object because there is no light reflecting or any sense of it.

What is a non luminous object?

A non luminous object is one that does not produce its own light, however it can reflect off luminous objects.
An example of a non luminous object is the moon and the earth because they only become visible when they reflect
light ,produced by luminous objects.
