SPRING This season is before Summer and after Winter. When it is Spring in the Northern Hemisphere it is Autumn in the Southern Hemisphere. When it is Spring the the days are roughly 12 hours long and increase each day. In spring and autumn the earths angle is the same focusing on North America.
SUMMER In this season the days are the longest and the nights are the shortest.This is the warmest season because the summer equinox happens when the sun is directly above the equator because of the angle of the earth. The summer in the Northern Hemisphere begins around late June.
AUTUMN Autumn is the transition from SUMMER to WINTER in September the NORTHERN HEMISPHERE or March the SOUTHERN HEMISPHERE the days are much shorter and the nights longer,this is when all of the trees lose there leaves and the temperature cools down.
WINTER This is by far the coldest season because the earth's axis is pointed away from the sun.The nights are the longest and the days are the shortest
